This is the Last Supper. You can say the Anima Christi Prayer or a prayer of your choice when you are walking to the Alter in your church. Also you can pray the Anima Christi Prayer while you are taking the bread and wine. It does not matter what you pray. Just pray. This is a sacred time between you and Jesus. We must be humble like children when we approach the son of God. We are God's children.
