World Air Traffic Over 24 Hours

everyday each airport has a plane take off? stupid

but taken from actual data

and say hello to kerozene and the global warming !

the map projection, distance are more distorted in the north

the north atlantic is only usable half the day in each direction.
the reason for this is the lack of any radar stations out there so they just dont allow any flights in the other direction on the north atlantic routes which are calculated each day using wind data for most economic flightroutes.

energy it took to supply all of our homes to ensure we were all doing something meaningful like post comments on an entertainment site.
I would also hazard a guess that it is a lot less pollution being dumped into the atmosphere than what the tech sector puts out on a daily basis to manu. the computers we are both on. On top of that I am sure it represents a fraction of the pollution that domestic live stock represent to our planet.
But if you want to get somewhere quickly it is nice to take a plane. If you want strawberries in Winter then an airplane is the way to go. If you want to have a nice steak or the hundreds of other uses we get from livestock than you have to keep livestock.
Another example would be. If you really had to poorly construct an idea and get it out to as many people as possible. You really need to have a computer and power to run it.
I am sorry what was your point again? I just got an email from a friend that sent me a monkey peeing. Oh thank goodness we are both using the internet for something worthwhile.

kinda makes you wonder what would happen if every single person turned into a vegetarian? lol

There is a book about that called diet for a small planet. My sister was reading it a couple weeks ago. It talks about how world hunger would cease to exist if we were all vegetarians, because as you go up the food chain you lose more energy.

haha or you can just take the southpark route and say that if you don't eat meat you just turn into a giant P***y

if we all were vegitaryans, and every just ate plants, wouldnt we just eat all are reasouces. like trees we are killing lots and lots of trees but if you think about it we eat alot more then we build, so if we ate all plants instead of animails and plants we would soon F**k up mother nature because we are eating all the F**king plants and they cant make oxygen and do other S**t that is needed to keep balance,

so now u know that was a dumb F**king idea and yea maybe world hunger would stop but the the planet would just be slowly dieing and it would just be another selfish thing that mankind did to the world

I don't know a single female who is a vegetarian. and if you bothered to read the guy's comment before mine, you would've never even commented. and don't even bother trying to tell me that I don't know any females because you'll just make yourself look like an even bigger fool than what you already are...

air travel is actually one of the largest contributers to world polution. to me it is sick to think that so many planes could be flying all at once. and to top it off we have issues with gas consumption. each plane uses 100s of gallons of gas per flight....multiply that by every yellow dot you see above....per flight. and we got alot of gas useage.
