FIFA should allow players to be penalized even after the game if something like that is caught on tape, even if the ref didn't see it.
Just because the ref didn't see it doesn't make it alright.
They allow the line refs to call fouls if they see them. Now they should include the camera...even if it might be after-game. Players would be less likely to injure other players whose lives literally depend on what they do.1051298 - 3
