lots of ppl have gone up and down this rock, its a 4by 4 challenge... once a newly wed couple tried it until the brakes gave way and they bounced all th way to th bottom landing head first into th sand, they were ok as th sand broke their fall

he's not the first down this trail. There are tire marks all over the route he's on. I've 4 wheeled in Moab. The rock is very grippy like sandpaper. you just have to be slow and careful. It's fun

They don't mean that this is the first person down this rock. It's a first person perspective camera. There's been hundreds of people down the Lion's Back. This is on the road to the Slickrock bike trail just east of Moab, UT. I've watched trucks going up it. The really fucked up thing is that there's almost no room at the top, and you have to turn around to be able to go down nose-first. Most people back down it, which is even scarier. My dad was a doctor down there for years, and he did some surgery one a guy who slipped off about twenty feetshort of the bottom and really messed himself up.

I love 4wheeldriving would be great to do steep hill like that! would take some skill though i prefer to run amoke in sand dunes but that was very cool !!!!!!!!!!!!
