NO STUPID :| They reach their maxim, thats why they stop so quick :| If you haven't noticed those cars have NOS on them and the dyno test are made by releasing the NOS thats why the aceleration is so fast ( sry 4 the bad english )

They are not ...
They are not completly different. With twin turbos on a smaller engine, it takes more RPM to spool them, which transfers into lag, which gives the car a much smaller boost threshold. It all ties in together, tool.
