I’ve been out of pocket for the past 5 days. Last Sat and Sun I did a leisure drive to Boulder. Mon and Tue I drove around scouting out the city and surrounding areas and Tue late afternoon, while heading back to my hotel a 16 year old teeny popper rear-ended my recently purchased car. No one was hurt but there was extensive rear-end damage to my car rendering it un-drivable. Crazy inexperienced young drivers!

Glad nobody was hurt. really S**ks getting a new car damaged. What did you buy?

I got the Caddie STS with the V8 Northstar engine and had the dealership replace the exhaust system with one for racing to boost the hp an additional 15 points - its a real screamer - very fast but not fast enough to avoid a rear-end meeting with another car.


Tomorrow (Friday) I will head back to the big D. I expect to arrive there late Sunday. The first thing that I'll do is to turn on my computer and check Metacafe. I'm ready to rip into the idiot fart inhalers that have infested Metacafe.

By the way, I will have to actually do some work when I get back. I had two key people quit to start the same type of business. They know my business model and my pricing methods and now they intend to compete with me – they even called some of my clients - the traitors! Oh well, that’s life.

Bush or any president does not need people saying you can't do this or you can't do it that way, and then critisizing him for not getting the job done.
Instead of politicians worried about the polls, we need statesmen worried about the State.

Your comments show that you have good perception and intelligence and you have the ability to observe and understand what the real problems are and what the real solutions should be, not what is told to you by politicians.

It is my opinion that our troops are being forced to fight a war lead by politicians rather than generals. This was our problem in Vietnam, as it was a political war and was a terrible waste of over 50,000 soldiers lives.

I believe Rumsfeld is telling the generals what to do in Iraq and Rumsfeld knows nothing about fighting a war, especially a war over religious beliefs. You can kill people and you can take their lands but you can not change their ideologies, especially religious ones. That is one war that you will not and can not win. I believe our politicians are in lalaland with regard to Islam beliefs and are leading us down, not only a road where we can not win, but is leading us down the road of national bankruptcy.

It is a darn shame that there is this huge gap between the American people and their politicians.

It does appear that having elected Bush was a grave mistake. But then the question is who do you vote for - Meathead or Butthead? We really don’t have good election choices anymore. Alas, all the good men who were willing to serve our country in leadership roles are gone, leaving only bad men and women to run the most powerful nation in the world. Question is, how long will the US stay the most powerful nation? My estimate is 10 years or less.

The people that go to congress is the same people that has been there for years and come back over and over again. The power is only shared by a small group of people. The Bush family has been in power three times in the history of the US. No matter if 100% of people voted for the Libertians or Green Peace or whatever... the power will be passed among them, it's always been liked that why would it ever change now?

It doesn't matter where you look in the history books and you can look at the world leaders and the diffferent governments of the nations populating the world - the fact is that the majority of control is with the few - always has been and always will be.

So, stop bashing America. There is no country that has its full power vested solely in its people.
