  they using their nose, and can smell blood from few km away. Well, sometimes they use eyes, but not often..

Great White
These are Great white sharks & they often jump like that here in the African atlantic ocean when they are trying to catch food. They have become quite a tourist attraction & there are plenty of shark tours that take you tos wittness these jumps for feeding. Mostly the shark is after a seal.
