Another Top Form Strength Camp workout. Also did some Farmers, Chinups, and straps pushups & rows (didn't get video of 'em).

The group is Rammstein, and the song is called: Zerstören (playing at the beginnin). At the end we are listening to Hatebreed (Another Vendetta), and Zombie (Electric Head).

Strength Camp focuses on functional, natural movements (using "strongman" implements, bodyweight training, and free weights) to build strength and power (esp core!) that has a stronger carry-over to sport activity... especially combat sports. Most of the guys who come out are in MMA.
Great way to train... keeps things interesting, and really does improve athletic performance.
