  • removing vocals...

    I did the same thing using Audacity just by uploading the mp3 song and then clicking on EFFECTS then down to select VOCAL REMOVER (for center panned vocals) the center panned vocals are the lead vocals. Same thing in less steps. I wonder if there is a difference though.

  • Vocal Only

    Most of you are probably wondering: "OK, I get this but how do I make it vocals only?"
    The answer to that is this:
    1. Search up an instrumental version of the song on google, import it to audacity with the original song & invert the instrumental, then split the stereo track and make all tracks mono

    2. If your instrumental from this tutorial was PERFECT, import that into audacity with the original song and invert the instrumental, then split the stereo track and make all tracks mono.
