The guy in this video is a landlord who never takes care of his units and yells all the time and if one speck of dirt in the house when you move out he takes you to court. Everyone who rents from him ends up in court for no reason he also fired his own handyman who was renting from him and kicked him out for not being his witness in court when someone moved out of one of his units over damage the handyman never fixed when that person moved in! LOL
