I have to assume if the situation goes bad, their ass will be shot by the police. This woman is a fool, and had no right to clog up the emergency line. I hope some idiot is calling about their teenage brat when someone has just broken into her home, and she actually needs an operator.

Whether or not it was an emergency, the operator acted like an ass. I hope he got in trouble for that.

This is just like the emergency rooms. You see so many people there with colds and coughs. None of these are considered an emergency people. I swear she should be fined for this nonsense.
