Instructions for week 2:
Perform each exercise for the recommended time below with 25 seconds break in between sets. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
Recommended time:
Beginners: 20 seconds
Intermediate: 30 seconds
Advanced: 45 seconds
Note: Perform this workout 3x for week 2
Exercises:
-Dumbbell Press
-Squat and Press
-Pullups
-Alternating Split Squat
-Bent Over Row (Bench)
-Hip Bridge
-Arnold Press
-Toe Touch
-Side Plank

You can do 1000 crunches per day and get very little results. What works is a combination of intense strength training, nutrition, and interval training (cardio).

Doing crunches and abdominal exercises will not produce the look you are after.
