How to Lose 4 lbs of Fat in 4 Weeks - Fat Loss Workout Program - week 2 Instructions
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with 25 seconds break in between sets. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
Followed the instructions for upper body and lower body and core.
Perform 3x per week.
Upper Body:
Incline DB press on the stability ball.
45 Degree Seated Band Row
Arnold Press
Chin Up
Lower Body:
Jump Squat
Dumbbell Squat
Alternating Split Squat Jump
Forward Lunge Press
Core:
Push Plank
Hip Raise
Side Plank

first of all u dunt get any vitims or w/e that is good for u from the food that u ate bc throwing up wich means u eat it nd then a while later after the digestion has started but not finish it hvnt gone through ur intestine and so it dunt obsorb then since the digestion has started nd u throw it back out, the acid that the stomach will burn ur esphogus and ur mouth
just eat then throw it up...worked for me nd it shud work for u
