Any size barrel over 110 mm will give you a distance of well over 25km with satilite targeting. Any hand held rifle will achieve an accuracy to 1500m. (with a well trained marksman). Sniper weapons can go up to 3000m. In extreme situations a very good sniper marksman with a purpose build weapon can reach up to 4000m accurately ( within a default of 100mm in this distance ) Depends on wind direction and speed.
