Dr. Antell a plastic surgeon from New York City conducted a study on how lifestyle affects aging. The study used identical twins and concluded that lifestyle choices such as smoking, stress, sleep, weight loss, and medical conditions have an impact on appearance as you age. To reverse the effects of aging many of the twins in the study chose to have a facelift, or other cosmetic surgery.
