    Should try listening without watching the subtitles (or even the images) to get a fair assessment of the tech guy's speech. It's makes a difference when you are actively using your brain to decode the message than when you are relying on someone else's interpretation, however entertaining. My assessment: the guy wasn't that bad; I have certainly heard much worse. Indian-accented English is not that difficult to get used to. For a real horror try hearing a native Japanese speak English; it is beyond belief. When they present papers at conferences people just tune out and think happy thoughts. At one such presentation the guy spent 10 mins on an opening joke. It was very very sad.

      is when jobs from one country are taken to another country and given to their people. In this video, English or American Tech Support has been taken to India or a similar country. American or English customer support lost their jobs because it is cheaper in India. However, it's pretty hard to understand them, especially with Tech support with a lot of people have trouble with anyway.
