For those who doesn't understand
All adv that was made by this cigarrette company is somehow mocking something. This particular ad is mocking the govn. system in Indonesia. Thus, the " tanya kenapa" slogan is made to ask why all of this should happen> There is no comedy in this ad. I think it's part of the social responsibilty of the company.
