  • Cheap? Proton should never exists...

    Believe it or not, it's price tag in Malaysia is RM43000. That's $12,270 (USD) here in the US and we could buy cars 20 times better than this.. It deserves a $800 price tag if it ever exported to the US....

  • Ouch! That hurts for a Malaysian.

    Ouch! that really hurts. But never mind, Proton can always use some constructive criticism. Might as well close shop if you cant make better cars. The only reason why Proton is still surviving is because Malaysians are still buying Proton cars. And the reason why Malaysians are still buying Proton cars is because they cant afford better( and more expensive ) cars ( high sales tax in Malaysia ).

      our tax here is so high..... anyone who drives a landcruiser here in Malaysia can potentially own a Ferrari in USA. S**t Malaysian cars are so expensive.... F**k Malaysian Taxes!!!! 200% Tax/Duty
