What is it all for. So that you can burn your house down easily.

FYI, the "Flare Metal" is Magnesium. You can order it online in bulk for cheap if you need a lot of this stuff. When it burns it creates Magnesium Oxide.

to get a flare is much more harder than to follow this tutorial....
