the first picture is mislabeled.
it has nothing to do with overloading of passengers.
it is a picture from 1947 partition of india and muslims from india had to seek refuge in pakistan .the picture shows a train overloaded with refugees who survived the killings on the way to reach lahore.some trains reached lahore carrying only corpses of refugees slaughtered between amritsar and lahore.
