      Yeah, he didn't campaign those parts because it wasn't worth his time. It's not like Gore campaigned as much in Idaho because he would sway less voters. It would be a waste of time for Bush to try and win California because they are going to vote democrat regardless, just like Gore in Idaho. So they both spent their time in the states that they knew they had a chance in. If Bush spent all his time in Cali and NE he would have lost the Majoirty and the Electoral.

      many of you probably remember the "VOTE OR DIE" campaign, run mainly by ditty in 2004. only 17% of teen voters cast their ballot on election day. the silent majority will always win and George Bush, reguardless of "popular opinion" is and will be remembered as a good president, given a few years for historians to discuss how he helped america. he also knows he isnt a good public speaker, he's said this before, so stop acting like its some huge deal.

Saddam took control of Kuwait back in 1991 and the USA fought the Republican guard back to Bagdad where Saddam surrendered and agreed to specific conditions. After 12 years of constantly violating the conditions of his surrender and defying 22 UN resolutions, the USA resumed the war in Iraq to oust Saddam from power.
