    say that to the "biggest loser" trainers... they make the people lose as much as they can some people lose over 25pounds in their first week then over course it gets slower smaller numbers every week but still the trainers are hella fit and so are the people after they lose all the weight... so unhealthy..     The only way to really loose weight, eat at least 4 times per day. Cook your food in water only, no fat, no salt, no spices. Start with 3 push ups 3x per day, 1.2 km bicycle peddle on even surface daily. Every 3 - 4 weeks double up the push ups and distance. FORCE yourself for the first 4 months and after that it will become part of your pleasure life!!
