Erdoğan is a hypocrite. He condemns Israeli crimes against the Occupied Palestinian Territories, and yet he supports Turkey's more serious crimes against the Kurds, and denies the Armenian Genocide of 1918. He only did this stunt because there is an election coming up in Turkey soon, and this kind of action pleases a lot of the anti-Semites in Turkey.

And I say this as a fierce opposer of the Israeli occupation against the Palestinians.
