I do prefer Stephen Hendry for all the trick shots he can do like curling the cue ball, it's funny to watch him when he is a little miffed off. Ronnie is a true snooker player.

I think I remember watching this live on the Tv and I was blown away at the time. I still am.
Its incredible to think that most professional players don't make a maximum break live on Tv once in their careers and here's Ronnie seemingly running around the table doing it in 5minutes!
The most naturally gifted snooker player of all time in most people's opinion. An awesome feat.

This is wht happens when the oppenent makes just one mistake and the other just clears the table but not often on the highest break.... Absolutely fabulous.. his concertration was nvr nerved at all... By the way.... as one mentioned this is pool.... THIS IS NOT POOL. THIS IS SNOOKER. Snooker takes more skill...

Everything went so perfect and was so lucky he could pot even when cue ball was in among the nested reds.

Tony Drago is fast yes. But... Meet him in person fast or not he will be close to one of the most ignorant people you shall ever meet. I ran an exhibition between Ronnie and Tony Drago in ireland. Four years ago, the exhibition started but i was outside i main door. A lady walked up to me and asked me if i could get Ronnie and Tony to meet her son he has to go to bed soon (her son was mentally handicaped) at the interval i mentioned it to ronnie's manager at the time del. Straight away ronnie came out again from the green room, and removed his cue from his case and handed it to that 12year old child and put his arm around him for a photograph(handed over his cue to a stranger). Tony left the table shortly after that photo was taken, was passing use 'i called him' told him the story. What did he say to me in front of that child and his mother??? "I DONT HAVE THE TIME, i do the photographs afterwards", i had a lot of respect for tony Drago until he did that. Kids, that poor child didnt deserve that.

Alex Higgins was a very good and very wild player but "Hurricane" was slower then "Rocket" and he also achieved many less 147 breaks as Ronnie.
o'sullivan may be good, but i still go for efren bata "the magician " reyes..watch him play..you'll amazed by what he can do..

And i play snooker too for almost 3 years now, and sullivan is my real no.1 favourite player but lately his level has gone down a lot. Indeed, snooker is more hard than pool, but don't think of pool too lightly. I thaught it was easy too, because of the big pockets, until I played it. The cue has a much thicker tip so it's MUCH harder to aim...

think again when saying ronnie isnt the best, how many players are there wich can pick up a cue and play left handed or right handed just as good? plus if you look away he will pot all balls, and you will miss it all.

i have never seen b4 such a quality player than ronnie ! hes absolutely unbelievable and he make snooker to seem so simple. all they start where ronnie ends . and dont forget that the only thing u can be impressed by such video ( either snnoker or normal pool , especially snooker ) is just the speed he can pot the balls !
i cant say no everyday to watch the video again !

Alex is a genius in snooker and peopl's champnion. The time has come for Ronnie who has made an impossible history to be the undisputed miracle of snooker ever. Ronnie is like no ther .He is out of this world. By the way Alex made a 155 ( 147+1+7) in a single break. This is an impossible break , who can beat that ? These tow players already made history and snooker owes them so much.

i just have to say ‎to LOLzzz12 that 147 is not maximum points you can get, it's only maximum break. if you know the rules than you would know that for every foul you made the opponent gets four or more points.

- Actually, you are wrong.
The points of the opponent's foul don't count in your break. But there is a way to get more than 147 and that's when you start a break with a free ball. In this case the maximum points someone can hypothetiacally get is 155 = 147 + red(1) + black(7).

firs he have to hit red ball then he can shoot color. black of all colors is the highest (7 points). so if u hit red (1) then black (7) and at the end when no red is left u hit all colors (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) u get maximum .... ... ..
