that cant be a mountainbike beacuse mountain bikes have gears and breaks. there are no cables to control the brakes or gears therefore u can turn the handles likes that without the cables stopping u

Although not very impressed myself, you can actually do this, look closely my friend, its a single-speed jump bike, (no gears), and he'll be using a through stem star nut which takes the front brake cable through the steerer tube allowing you to spin the bars as much as one wants.
