  • And Now, for the Cargo Bay Perspective

    For those of us that have had to frequently fly in the back of those, there is a reason we call them Shithooks! It usually starts with the pilot blurting out: "watch this S**t !" Then us poor slobs in the cargo bay get exposed to intermittent periods of zero-g, punctuated by moments of back breaking positive gs! Pilot bravado + infantry squad that just ate it's evening MRE = large puke-fest!

    wow! what a great video! It is amazing the balls guys get in an airshow. I flew Chinooks in the U.S. Army in the 80s and have never seen anyone do anything quite like this guy did. Balls of steel. I have to wonder if he practiced or just went for it? Chinooks have an incredible amount of power and durability. I just wish he had tried to roll it...we all used to wonder if the thing would roll.
