This is clearly a home gym for people who've already been taking steroids for a few years - the business with the lawnmower wheel rollers is phenomenally difficult, as too are the clap press-ups - which let's face it are just a way for these balding buff fcuks to show off and attract attention to themselves.
Good vid though - besides being repetitive!
I counted 11 single leg squats...
It is not a home gym for people taking steroids, I would be shocked if this guy did them as he is well regarded nearly everywhere you go...and for good reason.

Push up should be a work out focusing on the chest keeping the body straight changing the postion of the hands for intensity..
