Normally I combine green pepper, red pepper and onion with fried chicken, but i dont have them today, so i used green cabbage.

This dish actually took about 20 min. to finish.

If you can learn something from my video, I'll be glad. me, too, learn a lot from other people. If you don't like my way of cooking, it's totally understandable - people cook in many ways and enjoy many different food.

Basically I try to not mix too much things together and not add too much spices. I like the taste of the food on its own. ... If i dont have to cook, then i don't cook, i can totally enjoy a piece of bread with a cup of milk...

Excellent!
Very tasty dish. I am male and after time in the army I vowed to learn to cook.Well I do all the cooking and my wife does the baking. I was wondering....Did you peek in my recipe file box?????? I have a recipe almost identical.the only differences are I saute green and red pepper first then dump in the cabbage and wilt it with saki and the fowl is quail breasts and instead of soy sauce try Nuc Mam sauce. Good job your video made me very hungry!

good cooking .I would rather add 1 or 2 spoon of white wine to the cabbage instead of water.In the end add some maizena or corn flour.

  I think you can if you like it. Many people add a little wine into marinated meat, it always makes the meat taste better.

  but try it first with bell pepper, broccoli, onion, you'll like it more. you can also fry it with chopped celery, too. All taste great.
