The car had it's turn signal on
And show off impatient biker or not, the car had the right away. There are reasons the laws are written like that...... To prevent this very scenario from happening.
I'm a professional driver, with about 250+ miles daily on a route truck, and I see a lot of this impatient garbage. Respect the flow of traffic and driving would be better for all of us. And on the same note, SLOWER TRAFFIC KEEP RIGHT.

Cas is at fault, not the bike
Check the video again justcarolinian the red car did not have its intercator on, I have watch this video several time and there was no reason for that car to cut off the bike from over taking as there was a fair distance between the red car & the cars in front. The driver of the red car should lose his license.
