Now that is what I call a person who has a very balanced workout of his entire body. Check out the amount of control and strength he has! I’m more impressed by him than body-builders. Think all body-builders can do these??

  • I'll bet you !!

Less then 1% body fat !! That is one toned brother !! Instead of lifting large amounts of weights and adding size to his muscles, he lifted smaller amounts when he worked out , and added power instead of mass !!

    • er...

No. smaller weights with a lot of reps builds definition, or the "cut" look... it will not build any kind of strength at all. you build strength without huge mass by not giving you body enough carbs to support the mass you're building... heavy reps on a normal eveyday diet will build compact strength like this, as well as doing a hard labor type job. The guy might very well haul bricks for a living and do this as a hobby for all we know, but the excersises he's doing are more based on balance and practice than on strength. I can do things similar on a pair of gymnasts rings, although nowhere near that well, and that skill has absolutely nothing at all to do with weightlifting, but you DO have to get into weightlifting to build up the strength to get that good. The "compact" build comes from not caring about bodybuilding, not loading creatine and whey and all that other junk they sell at GNC... if you skip all that and lift only for more strength (which means lifting to the max you can, and working to raise that max), you get a smaller build.

  • How long did it take?

Did this guy start this exercise as a child, or has it been a few years? This video jusgt blew me away, I'v seen pro's doing this stuff, but not offen do you see a person of few to little training doing this stuff. I know he has little to no professional training, what drives this man? Please let me know, thanks, 5 stars.

  • not bad.. ^^

what the deal with his leg? why he's moving them around like this? some sort of balance control?

    By Romarama12 1234644706
    • moving legs

i think he moved his legs like that so he can workout his abs while he was balancing

      By yowza_huh 1234960064
    • yup

the movement of the leg works for his lower abs. yea and wen he holds himself on on suspense like that, its for strength and endurance. strengthens the muscles and makes them harder.
