      that was the whole point, the " large city Mumbai, had only lost 15 people, and the state Maharashtra had thousadnd dead!
      Again he's crying over his city when Maharashtra had a big loss, cause when the flood hits, it's not the big cities that rick losses, it's the tiny villages with hard acces, and no medical help!
