honestly, i don't think the Smart Car would actually win a proper race, but over 100m or so with it weighing a whole lot less and the engine upgraded a fair bit it could win due to the shear fact that it weighs a lot less and its acceleration would be far greater... but given the same engine in each one... the smart car would probably win on a straight track because of acceleration and lose on a normal track because the ferrari would out turn it.

even if you could somehow use the entire cabin space of the smart car to fit the v-12... it would snap the axle, and burn out the smart cars 4 speed so fast, it would be sad. if you shortened a lambo platform and built a special custom chassis and frame, plus a custom axle, you maybe would be able to do it. i have a feeling though, that this is a turbo smart running nitrous, and the ferrari has a crappy ass driver

Brabus does tune this car along with someother companies, upping the cc's to 700 , possibly adding a larger turbo, if you could find the space. Remus also puts out an exhaust kit. I know this cuz my friend owns one, and i remember when we tried to install a forge dumpvalve kit, our hands could barely fit. The most ive heard of is about 100-110 hp i think in germany

I beleive the Smart car has a worked 1300 cc from the Hyabusa. Power to weight ration makes it quicker over the short distance however the Ferrari will naturally have a higher top end.

It's an F430 Coupe not a 350 Spyder as the first comment suggested, which I don't think ever existed (previous model was 360, and Spider is the cabrio).
And yes probably around a track it would win, but the bike engine in the Smart (famed for use in stunt bikes) would give it super acceleration, as seen. It would probably topple over around corners however.
