This is a fat burning, muscle strengthening workout
The exercises included in this workout will force your muscles to
reach maximum strength in as short a time as possible.
In the sport called life, you need to be able to
\react with quick and explosive movements.
This fat burning workout will teach your body create more force.
(The ball used during this workout is a 10lb. medicine ball.)
**Workout**
*Warm Up with Dynamic Stretching 5-10 Min.
Burpee with 360 Jump 8X
Squat Jumps 8X
Squat to Press 8X
Hanging Leg Circles 4 X each direction
Horizontal Pull Up 4X each side
Combat Push Up 8X
Tricep Push Up 8X
Glute Bridge 8X
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20-minutes.
*Cool Down 5-10 Min. Foam Roll or Static Stretch
