Vankilahoitsu (The Prison Nurse) is a comedy about a fresh prisoner whos cell neighbor tells him of the "special treatment" giving nurse they have in their prison, but the nurse only treats those who have serious bruises. Only a moment later they are competing on who inflicts the more serious bruises on themselves to get to the nurses care.

    Familiar humor. The joke in this is pretty close to a true story we have here in 'The Office'.
