Of course this was too late
Had you posted this a month ago, it would have been very useful. Scaffolding was recently constructed around my building, but the builders neglected to add a surveillance system. We could definitely have used this, especially because two weeks later, someone attempted to steal some tools form the scaffolding in the night. There's now a hgih-tech security system.
