To Burn Fat in 12 Minutes or Less (Upper Body) Instructions:

Perform each exercise (in order) for the recommended reps followed by 20 seconds break in between sets.

Repeat for the recommended rounds:

Beginners: 2 rounds
Intermediate: 3-4 rounds
Advanced: 5 rounds

Perform upper body workout routine 2x per week (Monday & Thursday)

How To Burn Fat in 12 Minutes or Less (Lower Body) Exercises:

1. Band Press- 15 reps
2. Band Row - 15 reps per side
3. Shoulder Band Press - 15 reps
4: Modified Pulldown - 15 steps
5. Bicep Band Curl - 12 reps
6. Tri-pushup - 12 reps
