Also, an Instructor should refrain from using words like 'snap, snatch, and stomp' etc..
By all means attempt plyometric exercises with lighter weights such as a medicine ball, but in my humble opinion there are far safer 'old school' exercises that will prove just as effective, and far safer to the student.
Can i use a backpack instead because, i dont really have a sandbag?
