Why not stop talking S**t ? All the comments I see from individuals claiming this is not a good video, are probably written by flabby, unhealthy and unfit guys and girls who just do not want to try it.
Try thanking these guys instead of bashing. My girlfriend can put her palm over each of my abs, and I do the same stuff you see in these videos.
i have to agree with some of the comments. This guy is fit, but not to the extent you would trust him in fitness advice. And this is a home workout?
I want to see more challenges that don't involve equipment or pullups.
