There is something funny about that guys jaw.I thing he has a broken or dislocated jaw and that he has a lot of space in between his jaw and neck! and a lot of loose skin. It looks like he stuf his side with the stuf and do not really swallow it. With the exception of the fish, cuz that is not that dificult ,as long as you have drinked a lot of water ,so that the stomach acid do not kill the fish, which he did drink lots of water. good trick though!
