    It was tragic what happened to Steve Erwin but unfortunately tragic accidents happen all the time. He knew the risks he was taking and was fortunate enough to die while doing what he loved. Comedians have a skill to take the bad in life and make it humorous, which is what norm did here.......he took a bad situation and found the brighter side. I don't believe there was any disrespect in his skit and I believe Steve himself would have laughed at it.

    First of all...it would be a B or even C list celebrity to talk about someone who died as tragically as Steve Irwin. I understand that anything is fair game for a laugh but Steve Irwin deserved much more than for Norm McDonald to just rip right into him like that. He didn't even preface the jokes he was doing with any condolences.
