This instructors form is really bad, and I mean HORRIBLE. Aikido is the Art of Self-Perfection, true - but still, the throws and locks should be applicable in movement - and these are NOT. Morihei Uesheba would be ashamed.

gotta give the dude props.
gotta give the dude getting thrown around credit. my tkd instructor mixes in hapkido and hanmudo and 9 times outta ten i'm the one he uses to demonstrate. that stuff hurts like HELL.

  its not so impossible. there are TONS of differents ways to lock up a person's arm. the person isn't filpping cuz the guy throws him that way. he does it on purpose so he doesn't end up with a broken wrist or arm.
