What A Voice

Its amazing how much heated debate there is over religion... if all are right... then who’s wrong... if someone is actually wrong... then not everyone is right... so who do you listen to? Why the hell is anyone trying to convert someone anyway? You have to believe as I do because I believe it? What a load... people tend to be emotional hate filled creatures who lash out at anything different... lack of honor and respect for one another’s existence and right to believe what they want to believe is a sign of immaturity / youth... why the hell does everyone have to be the same? Got news for you... as long as there are humans with our current anthropological development no one is going to ever totally agree and if by some freak of nature the planets all align and we all agree for a moment, that’s all it will ever be… just a moment (assuming people survive another 5000 years or so).

Live your life… life is short… do something productive and bring pleasure to the life of others and your time spent here (and I don’t mean by converting people to your way of thinking) will bring more joy to those you care about and yourself as well. Unless your just an immature moron hell bent on satisfying an aggressive hateful emotional response because of an inability to grow emotionally and or intellectually. Quit trying to change those in the world to your “image” of what you think their life should be. Gotta love any religious doctrine saying don’t kill “unless”… just reinforces the fact it was written by humans with their engendered perspective. I’d say think for yourselves… but most people don’t have the intellectual capacity to do so.

how some of you people can take a beautiful clip like this one and turn it into a debate of hate. I have a feeling that young child with the fantastic voice would be disappointed that adults respond that way to this clip.

Is that the complete message here, or is there more to it?

What a beautiful and haunting voice she has. I could really feel the passion in her spirit. You can see beauty of course but you can also hear it and it has naught to do with which religion is superior and all of that rubbish.

No need for long comments this is just breath taking. I don't know what he is saying but the way he is saying it sounds soothing, mystical.

Peace for everyone, I'll try to make this as short as possible, specially because I shouln't be getting out of the "main" subject. I'm spanish, and in my familly there are many different religions. Mom catholic, dad evangelist, cousins christians, mormons, Jahova witnesses and so on unbelivable huh? but is true! I study in a catholic school my whole school years. But while studying in a catholic school my time out of there I dedicated it to learn about Islam, ironically after so many years after being catholic, I accepted Islam as my religion, and that doesn't mean I disrespect my family because of different believes, and as a matter of fact I never did even when catholic, while I was catholic I never disrespected my family and now as a muslim I do not dare to do it either, and same goes not just to family but any being. There are many things I have change also now in my life as a muslim and my prayers to Allah that is for the better, but that doesn't mean either that since I'm the only muslim in my family, my family is awful and bad, they are very kind and loving and they respect me to, and try to make things easier for me, keeping things I should be around of away from me while I'm with them, Isn't this nice? don't you think Allah is going to rewar them for making this easy for me? and they are not muslims! we can all live peacefully if we just try our best I do not attempt to force my family to convert to muslims, but I talk to them every once in a while about my belives and sometimes they agrre, sometimes they don't but I don't force them to do, as they do not force me to go back to catholisism, we respect each othe. Remember also, that your good deeds are no the ones that will help me in the here after, neither mines will help you, so you try to do your best to help yourself, as I'll do it for me, but that doesn't mean I'll just look out for myself for that will be selfish, we can give an advice, and a hand, if is taken is good and if it was not, at least I try (not forced) and it won't be on me anymore ( I did not wash my hands, you made the choice). NOT SO SHORT HUH? TRIED!

I think every religion SHOULD try to convert other faiths, but i'm using a very liberal version of the term 'convert' as opposed to the extreme measures largely associated with it.

Here's my explanation, all religions believe that their's is the way to salvation in the next world (there are some exceptions to the next world concept so i'm mostly referring to the religion of the books, Judaism, Christianity, Islam). So, in their view, they are doing others a favor by converting them, of course this is subjective! So anybody trying to convert you believes that they are doing you a favor, which is honnorable and we should all respect that.

The problem starts with the methods used and measures taken in this attempted conversion.

To the best of my knowledge, a Muslims has an obligation, a duty to inform any non-Muslim that Islam is the right path and only Islam will save them on the day of judgement. I believe that merely telling someone should be enough and should be considered an attempt to convert. Because God will ask them on the day of judgement why they did not believe, and if they say that they did not know, then God will ask you why you didn't tell them, and i really can't think up of an excuse! So in a way it's more so to cover ur own ass! Cause if you did tell him, then it's his fault for not believing.

So you should just tell someone and then leave it up to them, don't try to force anybody, and i don't see how that could cause problems.

This child has the most amazing song direct from his heart and his soul. Can anyone look into this childs eyes and hear this song with our ears and not know the power behind it. This brave little boy is showing all of us how to feel not how to be. Bless you my boy! God from the start of time sent countless prophets to mankind starting with Sayidna Adam(peace and blessings be upon him) and ending with the Seal of the Prohets Sayidna Muhammad(peace and blessings be upon him).These include Noah, Abraham, Jesus, Moses and many others who we are obligated to respect and not discriminate between them by Islam since they all carried the same message from the same God(Allah) htrough his angel Gabriel(Jibril) or in Moses' case directly to him.All of them preached of the oness of our Lord and how we should offer prayers to Him and obey Him and some prohpets even received revelations in the form of books.these included the Prophet Dawud(David)s book the Zabur,Moses book the Tawrat,Jesus book the Injil(bible) and finally Muhammads Quran.These books were (or were suppose to be in the case of the former three) compilations of God s Revelations to each prophet.However the the former three books were distorted and changed.Although this may anger some ppl thats wat i believe and all muslims believe, but were are told to believe in these books(the original ones) and anyone who doesnt is an unbeliever.A;so every single prophet of God preached Islam.The meaning of the word Islam means to submit to Allah the Almighty

What im getting to is:
The reason jews couldnt and cant embrace christianity was/is because they cant take another human being as God or the idea that got had begotten a son.

Jesus Christ did not die at the cross.God made Jesus look like Jesus and he was nailed instead.Jesus was raides by God into heaven and is alive TO THIS DAY!

We muslims also believe in his return.The Prophecy goes something like this:Jesus will descend from heaven with each hand on a shoulder of two angels.He will kill pigs and break the cross and kill the antichrist.

Its also told that he will return as a MUSLIM and stay 40 years in which he will bring peace to the world and get married and have children after which he will die.

wat im getting at is that muslims believe in alllllllllllll the prophets including Jesus and Moses and if u read the Quran ud see over and over verses talking about many mnay prophets.

I ll end this with something our Prophet Muhammad said :There was a beautiful house made of bricks which amazed the passer bys.The house was complete everywhere except for one brick which reamined open.I am that brick.

This really means that all the prophets were preaching the same religion and gradually built up the house by each one being a brick and it was nearly completed except for the last one,the seal.

That house is the religion called Islam.Submitting ineself to Allah.

Its been a long time from having listening a Quran reciter that will touch my heart. It remind me of Allah when listening to this boy.

Its just sad to see how soo many people get on these blogs just to bombard comments on Islam, Muslims etc. Just goes on to show the mentality of people. Evil, hatered and discrimination are all unlimited. Excellent reading. I noticed other comments, (in between the hateful uneducated remarks) that were stating that this kid isnt singing, but reciting the Quran. I'm not muslim, nor of Arabic/Middle Eastern decent, nor do I speak the language. However, (Any Muslims correct me if I'm wrong. Notice I said Muslim... if you dont know what you're talking about, dont try to correct me.) when reciting the Quran in Holy Prayer (which is what I believe is occuring here) isn't it in melodic tones? Such as the Call to Prayer, correct? So to a person uneducated in the ways of Islam, it would seem this child is singing. The Catholic religion "sings" the prayers and bible in the same way. Either way, it is a joyful noise that is raised to God/Allah.

As for the people posting hateful comments on Islam. Who are you to say what's right and what's wrong? I've noticed a lot of comments on here stating that islam is a bad religion because muslims support martyrdom and killing in the name of God/Allah... whereas Christianity is the perfect religion.... EXPLAIN THE CRUSADES!

The only difference in religions, is the PRACTICE. ALL RELIGIONS consist of the same basic heirarchy.... ONE MAIN GOD, Smaller gods beneath (christianity has Angels, Pagans{wicca, druidism} have DemiGods, etc., etc.), then us humans. And just about all of them have the same teachings.... BE KIND TO YOUR FELLOW MAN. That's shyt we learned in kindergarten, and not necessarily from a religous point of view!

Can we find an explanation of the great universe? Is there any convincing interpretation of the secret of existence? We realize that no family can function properly without a responsible head, that no city can prosperously exist without sound administration, and that no state can survive without a leader of some kind. We also realize that nothing comes into being on its own. Moreover, we observe that the universe exists and functions in the most orderly manner, and that it has survived for hundreds of thousand of years. Can we then say that all this is accidental and haphazard? Can we attribute the existence of man and the whole world to mere chance.

Man represents only a very small portion of the great universe. And if he can make plans and appreciate the merits of planning, then his own existence and the survival of the universe must also be a planned policy. This means that there is an extraordinary power to bring things into being and keep them moving in order.

In the world then must be a great force in action to keep everything in order. In the beautiful nature there must be a Great creator who creates the most charming pieces of art produces every thing for a special purpose in life. The deeply enlightened people recognize this creator and call him Allah "God". He is not a man because no man can create or make another man. He is not an animal, nor he is a plant. He is neither an Idol nor is He a statue of any kind because non of these things can make itself or create anything else. He is different from all these things because he is the maker and keeper of them all. The maker of anything must be different from and greater than things which he makes.

There are various ways to know God "ALLAH'' and there are many things to tell about him. The great wonders and impressive marvels of the world are like open books in which we can read about God. Besides, God Himself comes to our aid through the many Messengers and revelations He has sent down to man. These Messengers and revelations tell us everything we need to know about God.

The complete acceptance of the teachings and guidance of God 'Allah' as revealed to His Messengers Muhammad is the religion of Islam. Islam enjoins faith in the oneness and sovereignty of Allah, which makes man aware of meaningfulness of the Universe and of his place in it. This belief frees him from all fears and superstitions by making him conscious of the presence of the Almighty Allah and of man's obligations towards Him. This faith must be expressed and tested in actions, faith alone is not enough. Belief in one God requires that we look upon all humanity as one family under the universal Omnipotence of God the Creator and Nourisher of all. Islam rejects the idea of chosen people, making belief in God and good actions the only way to heaven. Thus, a direct relationship in established with God, without any intercessor.

Its amazing how much heated debate there is over religion... if all are right... then who’s wrong... if someone is actually wrong... then not everyone is right... so who do you listen to? Why the hell is anyone trying to convert someone anyway? You have to believe as I do because I believe it? Have you ever heard anything bad about Prophet Jesus or Moses published or said about them in the Muslim Countries????????? (if yes give proof). Then look at Pope's comments..In fact Muslims regard Jesus and Moses with utmost respect...........

i come from a multiracial country. i'm a roman catholic and i hope my comments dun offend anyone. but i got just a few things to say....

1. leave the child out of terrorism. he has a beautiful voice. give him that. just
admire his talent. what he plans to sing about is up to him. he still has a
