  Look closer on the video, there's a crossbar beneath the rocket fuel tank. It's a bountain bike type frame, with a very broad lower bar.

  Not to be a thorn in the side, but that is not the determining factor. Women's bikes actually have a shorter top tube (the tube from handles to seat on top) and a longer seat post tube. They are called Women specific designs. Old diagonal styles where the top tube intersects the seat post tube much lower than the seat stay to accomodate dresses are massly outdated. Hope that was clear. I gotta use that rocket idea for my courier. Kickin'!!!
