The dumbbell step and press is an excellent combination exercise to use, especially in circuits or as a workout finisher for those seeking fat loss results!
To perform the exercise you will need to stand side facing a box or step and hold a dumbbell in the outside hand, the hand furthest away from the box or step. With the inside foot just above the box surface, drive the foot down into the box and proceed to step up and press and extend the dumbbell overhead as you do.
At the end of the video a sample protocol is given for you to try.
