It's a JOKE, DUH!
The point of the ad is that the drill has a lot of torque. Commercials don't have to be physicqally accurate to be funny or successful, but they do have to inform or entertain. If you can't figure our that this is supposed to be FUNNY, then perhaps you should spend some time out in the world socializing with other humans so that you can develop a sense of humor!

  actually... if you go out and buy a dewalt drill with what we call money.. derived from working for a living... you would see that they have clutch settings on the chuck in case they encounter an obstacle while drilling...
