guy panic and start to breathe faster and harder - now that was some scare ass moments i bet - i felt the same way just watching a rally in person and seein a few cars flip or hit somethin - bein in em when somethin goes wrong - specially the water - would really S**k and would freak me out somethin fierce!!!

Lucky
This seems to be quite a common problem with left hand drive vehicles, just lucky they finished up in the water because they normally tend to go up in flames and explode.

  It looks to me like he locked up his front wheels and couldn't turn. You hear the engine note drop, so I guess it's a front wheel drive and he locked up the fronts.

Water Hazard
As a rally competitor here in the U.S. I have only seen cars end up in the water twice. For some reason the water scares me more than fire.
