People are getting very close to developing an engine specifically for Hydroxy Gas. Modern engines can handle it but we still need an engine specifically designed around OxyHydrogen.

It is not up to me to prove that it does not work, it is up to you to prove that it does work. Extraordinary claims require etradordinary proof. Your claim amounts to "hydrogen is magic and makes everything burn better". It doe not. If you believe this works then I can guarantee that you have not done a proper mileage test on it. People who buy this want it to work and any mileage improvements are due to changed driving habits.

The EPA has testd these sorts of devices and found them to be totally ineffectual.

You might be confusing there work to generate hydrogen from fossil fuels, but this is cracking the hydrogen out of the oil or using coal to make hydrogen. It is sort of wasteful since you still make CO2 and a fair amount of the available energy is lost. They also talk about hydrogen fuel cell technology. But what they call a fuel cell is totally different from what you call a fuel cell. Until this term was hijacked by HHO scammers a fuel cell was something that took hydrogen or some other fuel in, combined it with oxygen and made electricity. What you have built is properly called an electolysis cell. You are taking water adding energy, which has to come from somewhere and making hydrogen.

Now I am of to see if I can find any tests by the EPA.
