Camion VS Voiture [13+]

I don't know what country that is but even in my country we know that you don't change lanes on a solid line and that's what I see there a solid line crossover.. Probably the reason they have it there for this very reason. Blind spots don't have to KILL either if that driver was paying FULL atention he would have known when that car entered his zone and would have been fully aware of it otill it left his ZONE the problem is that he was OBVIOUSLY too engaged in the car that he was tailgatting and finnally got pissed off and made and agresive lane change to pass it not making fully aware and safe driving decisions. in my opinion he should loose his license completely for what has just happened. And I don't know the outcome but if somebody died then he should be charged with vehicular manslaughter and unsafe operation of a motor vehicle.. and LOSS OF LICENSE PERMANENTLY..
