first of all, this is not an IDF position on 'Israeli soil' as the title suggests, this is the Bayyada position inside Lebanon (in the part that was occupied by Israel until 2000).
The strongpoint was manned by both IDF and SLA (a Lebanese militia created by Israel) soldiers, there is no way of knowing whether at the time of the attack, the Hizbollah fighters were facing IDF or SLA units.
and the video is from a well-known attack that occured in 2000 when the Bayyada position was taken, then mined and destroyed before the fighters left. the IDF had to abandon that position altogether, it was part in a series of operations that forced the IDF to withdraw from South Lebanon in 2000. The video is authentic and the defenders of the position suffered casualties at the time (I do not remember how many).
