It's Day 58 of our 100-Day Raw Food and Fitness Journey and it's a chilly, windy gray day here in the Pacific Northwest. It's one of those days, on of those perfect days to create something delicious in the kitchen. Because we're eating a Raw Food Diet, I won't bake bread, cookies, or a cake (which I certainly would've done were it not for this Raw Food and Fitness Journey). Instead I'll make something nutty, datey, lemoney, and positively scrumptious!
